Community members, volunteers, veterans and others gathered at Soldiers’ Mound in Oak Dale Cemetery in Urbana on Memorial Day morning to remember military service members who fought for the United States of America and defended freedom.

URBANA – Cecil Brown, age 60 of Urbana, passed away on March 19, 2023. Visitation will be held at WALTER & LEWIS Funeral Home on Friday, March 24, 2023 from 4-6 p.m. with his service immediately following.

URBANA – Thomas Lynn Moffitt, 80, of Urbana passed away on Sunday, March 12, 2023 at Ohio State Wexner Medical Center.
