MECHANICSBURG – Running4Life will hold the 7th Annual Freeze Out Sunday, Feb. 19 at 2 p.m. at Goshen Memorial Park in Mechanicsburg.
Last year’s chili cook off champion Jeremy Spence hopes to retain his title.
The event will host a 1-mile and 5K run/walk. Entry fee is $10 cash or check to Running4Life. Participants will receive a complimentary cup of chili and medal. The chili cook-off and dessert auction are free entries, and chili dinner is by donation after the chili winner is crowned.
Proceeds go to youth 20-under suffering from serious or life-threatening disease, injury or illness.
