WEST LIBERTY – Anna held off West Liberty-Salem, 38-35, in non-league girls basketball.
For the Tigers (11-7), Megan Hollar had 13 points and Chaley Wade added 7.
Anna won the jayvee game, 35-25. For the Tigers, Laila Butler had 16 points.
The Tigers host West Jefferson on Thursday.
Game switched
The Triad at Northeastern girls basketball game scheduled for tonight has been switched to Thursday night.
JH basketball
The Urbana 8th grade boys beat Northwestern, 66-27. For UJHS, Grady Lantz had 14 points and Kaden Underwood added 12.
Urbana’s 7th grade boys won, 54-21. For UJHS, Drew Dixon and Roman Swain each had 12 points and Case Teepe added 10.
