Team Champ swimmers from Urbana and Graham competed in the Central Buckeye Conference Championships at Wright State University on Saturday.

Earning second team CBC honors were Graham’s 200 Freestyle Relay team of Caleb Owens, Sully Uhl, Joshua Ryman and Thomas Neff (2nd place – 26 points) and Neff in the 100 Butterfly (13 points).

Earning honorable mention CBC by placing third was Neff in the 100 Backstroke (12 points), Ryman in the 100 Breaststroke (12 points) and the 200 Medley Relay team of Uhl, Ryman, Neff, and Owens (24 points).

50 Freestyle – Paris Grim 19th (time of 34.56),

100 Freestyle – Corynn Ryan 7th (7 points) and Peyton Longstreath 8th (5 points)

500 Freestyle – Natalie Turner 7th (7 points)

200 Freestyle Relay – Corynn Ryan, Paris Grim, Peyton Longstreath, and Natalie Turner 6th (18 points)

100 Backstroke – Peyton Longstreath 4th (11 points), Corynn Ryan 7th (7 points), and Samantha Rohrer 14th (time of 1:36.25)

100 Breaststroke – Hazel Lightle 6th (9 points)

400 Freestyle Relay – Corynn Ryan, Hazel Lightle, Peyton Longstreath, and Natalie Turner 4th (22 points)

In the team scores, the Urbana girls finished 5th (out of 10 teams) with 97 points and Graham tied for 8th with Tecumseh with 73 points.

For the boys, Graham finished 4th with 118 points and Urbana was 10th with 10 points.
