Graham goes 1-1
SOUTH CHARLESTON – Southeastern nipped Graham, 3-2, in non-league softball on Thursday.
For the Falcons, Makayla Mills was 3 for 4.
On Saturday, the visiting Falcons beat Piqua, 8-5, in non-league action.
For Graham (2-1), Elaina Purk was 3 for 4, Mackenzie Clark was 4 for 5 and Marissa Pine earned the win.
WL-S loses
SPRINGFIELD – Northeastern defeated WL-S, 12-0, in OHC softball on Thursday.
For WL-S, Whitney Strapp, Audrey Collins and Brooklyn Wilcoxon each had a hit.
On Saturday, Kenton Ridge swept visiting WL-S by two scores of 10-0 in non-league action.
For the Tigers, Kambria Claybaugh had 2 hits on the day and Whitney Strapp, Brittany Neer and Brooklyn Wilcoxon each had 1 hit.
