WL-S results
LIMA – West Liberty-Salem competed at the 44-team Lima Central Catholic Thunderbird Invitational over the weekend.
For the Tigers, Jacob Griffith (132) went 4-2 with a pin and brought home 5th place, Wylie Harbour (215) went 4-2 with 3 pins and took home 5th place and Matthew Christison went 2-2 with a pin.
WL-S will wrestle Greenon in a dual on Feb. 9.
Junior varsity
On Saturday, Graham traveled to Vandalia Butler’s JV Classic and placed placed 5th out of 26 teams.
Placing for Graham were: First: 106 Baden Root, 126 Carter DeMarco, 190 Kaden Marshall; Second: 126 Cody Swigart; Third: 120 Elijah Rowe; Sixth: 285 Jerry Lewis.
