SPRINGFIELD – Grant applications are now available for nonprofit organizations that address health-related issues in Clark and Champaign Counties.
To be eligible, the organization must offer health and wellness programs that focus on priority community needs. The priorities are: children’s health; chronic disease prevention and management; maternal/infant health; mental health and substance abuse; and sexual health.
Grant Information Sessions will be offered on November 11, 3:30 p.m. and December 7, 9 a.m. Contact Program Coordinator Joan Elder at jelder@mercy.com to reserve a space.
First-time applicants are asked to contact Elder before submitting a grant application. The deadline for completed applications is January 28, 2022.
