The Champaign County Chamber hosted a ribbon-cutting to celebrate the opening of a new St. Paris business: Char’s Market & Kitchen. Friends, family and others gathered Oct. 28 at the store, 145 S. Springfield St. This business offers a variety of Ohio Proud products and lunchtime option.
