Library hosts 2nd Teacup Fairy Garden Session

MECHANICSBURG – Due to an overwhelming response, Mechanicsburg’s Friends of the Library will present another Make-It/Take-It Teacup Fairy Garden session at 11 a.m. on Saturday, June 11, in the library’s meeting room.

Participants have the option of bringing their own teacups or selecting from an assortment of available cups. Sharon Bumgardner will provide helpful hints on the best soil mixture, possible designs and proper care.

Soil, a variety of rocks, plants and a fairy figurine will be included.

Cost of each fairy garden is $20 including the teacup or $15 for those providing their own teacups. Register by May 30 at the Mechanicsburg Public Library, by calling 937-834-3495 or via email at shabumburg@gmail.com.

Some additional fairy garden items will be available for purchase.
