Urbana FFA takes on a dream

The Urbana FFA is taking on the restoration of a 1951 Farmall H tractor. It was owned by Grover C. Foulk, who died Feb. 5.He was a Champaign County commissioner and Urbana Council member and taught Industrial Arts and Agricultural Education at Urbana High School in the 1060s and 1970s. For many years, he dreamed of restoring the Farmall H to its former glory and displaying it in agriculture promotions and FFA parades.
