WEST LIBERTY – The $9.5 million project to renovate and update 76 apartments on the campus of Green Hills Community, north of West Liberty, is nearing completion.

Green Hills, in partnership with Episcopal Retirement Homes and the Model Group, will host a grand opening at 1 p.m. Friday, Nov. 6, in Foundation Hall.

Following the presentation will be a ribbon-cutting at the newly-renovated Rec Center, a place that serves as an office and community room for the residents.
