Volunteer of the Month

0

Darion Walborn volunteers every Thursday for Meals on Wheels, delivering meals to those who are home-bound or unable to cook for themselves. She always has a smile on her face and is kind to others. In addition to volunteering, she works on a mobile work crew that cleans the therapy departments at Mercy Memorial Hospital in Urbana and Excel Therapy in Springfield. Person Centered Services (PCS) is proud of Darion. The Volunteer of the Month photo is provided by Jenny White, Community Connections Facilitator for the Champaign County Board of Developmental Disabilities, in order to show how local individuals with disabilities shine through their service in the community.
