Mr. and Mrs. Harold Dowden

Mr. and Mrs. Harold Dowden of West Liberty are celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary on Feb. 9.

They were married Feb. 9, 1974 by the Rev. Fred Whitley. They are the parents of two children, Sheila and Mark. They also have four grandchildren.

Mr. Harold Dowden is still farming and Mrs. Nancy Dowden is a homemaker.

An open house in their honor will be held Feb. 10 from 2-5 p.m. at West Liberty Methodist Church.
