At a recent “gathering” of Champaign County Shriners, Brother Phil Loffing was presented a jacket for his many years in his involvement in the county aluminum can collection. He is not even a Shrine member but he is a member of Harmony #8, Masonic Lodge. He just wants to help the kids.
