St. Paris Police Chief Eric Smith accepted the “High Five For Heroes” award this week from the Faith and Friends Radio from Dayton. The nominations came from residents who wished to express their appreciation to Chief Smith and the Village of St. Paris Police Department. A certificate of appreciation was presented to Smith for his outstanding and sacrificial commitment to St. Paris. The award is designed to say thank you to first responders.
