COVINGTON – Preble Shawnee defeated West Liberty-Salem, 47-27, in the Division III girls basketball tournament.
For the Tigers (14-11), Lilly Weaver had 8 points and Megan Hollar and Chaley Wade each added 7.
Preble Shawnee improves to 19-6 overall with the win.
Indians lose
GROVE CITY – Harvest Prep knocked off Mechanicsburg, 64-55, in the Central District Division III girls basketball tournament.
The Indians finish the season at 21-4 overall while Harvest Prep improves to 20-5.
