Racing at Shady Bowl rained out

DeGRAFF – Rain brought a halt to the racing action at Shady Bowl Speedway Saturday night. Heavy rains starting Thursday night left the facility a muddy mess both in the parking lot and the pit area.

This Saturday, Shady Bowl will host the Ohio 300 for the Dave Nagel Excavating LLC late models – the first of a four-race series that was originally set for April 30 but was rained out.

The 1st Annual Justin Dreer Memorial for the Harrod Septic Solutions Compacts, the Bullet Liners of Dayton Thunder Cars and the Frazier and Parsons Decals and Apparel FOMOCO Cruisers are also on the schedule.

Heats and dashes will start on Saturday at 6:30 p.m.
