The city of Urbana on Tuesday decided to change Beggars Night from Thursday, Oct. 31, to Saturday, Nov. 2, due to predicted rain and high winds, according to city officials, who say they’ve been monitoring weather reports and had been contacted by several parents concerned about predictions.

So, the little ones, and probably not so little ones, will be out and about from 6 to 8 p.m. this Saturday making their annual quest for candy.
