Brigham Oxley Hess

David and Lindsey Hess of Urbana announce the birth of a son, Brigham Oxley Hess, born at 11:09 a.m. July 25, 2019, at Memorial Hospital, weighing 6 pounds, 11 ounces and measuring 18 1/2 inches. He joins Alton and Myron. Maternal grandparents are Rob and Marlies Butler of Urbana. Paternal grandparents are Steve and Marsha Hess of St. Paris.
