DeGRAFF – Rain once again was the big winner at Shady Bowl Speedway Saturday night.

The rainout was the third out of five races this year. The event was to be $20.00 a carload admission. No make-up date had been announced at press time.

This Saturday night will be “Double Points Night” for all classes. It will also be Dayton Auto Racing Club Night. All paid members will be admitted free of charge to the grandstand area. The late models, modifieds, street stocks, pure stocks, compacts and spectator drag races will fill out the night of speed. Racing will begin at 7 p.m.

On May 13, the track will honor Mothers Day with a powder puff race plus the late models, modifieds, street stocks, pure stocks, compacts and spectator drag races.
