On Saturday, April 1, the Champaign County Junior Goat Council hosted their annual clinic. We would like to thank everyone who came out to support us! We would especially like to thank Greg Meiss from Meiss Feeds for speaking about nutritional values in goat feeds! We would also like to thank the sponsors who donated to the silent auction: JEB Farm, Rural King, Heritage Co-op, TSC Urbana, Mike’s Barn, Moore Family Feeds, Blue Lotus Studio, ChrisMis Farm, Anway Family, D&D Hollingsworth, and Emmalee Cecil. We would like to thank anyone who participated in the silent auction as well. Thank you to everyone who helped and anyone who purchased a goat at the sale. We would also like to thank Melinda Morrison for quality assurance. Great job to Lane Hollingsworth, Eli Hollingsworth, Brandi Powell, Savannah Taynor, Hannah Jones, Michael Jones, Hannah Dingledine, JT Todd, Kyndall Metz, Kayleigh Metz, and Emmalee Cecil on their presentation on Showmanship! We had a great time and are looking forward to the 2017 Champaign County Fair!
