ST. PARIS – Bellefontaine held off Graham, 38-27, in CBC non-divisional girls basketball on Wednesday.
For the Falcons, Kari Sollenberger had 11 points and Bethany Horner added 8.
Bellefontaine won the jayvee game, 42-39, in 2 OTs. Madi Vanscoy had 17 points and Olivia Burr added 7 for GHS.
The Falcons host Tecumseh on Saturday.
KR downs Urbana
SPRINGFIELD – Kenton Ridge knocked off Urbana, 87-31, in CBC/KTD girls basketball on Wednesday.
The Cougars led, 25-10, at the end of the first quarter and 48-17 at the half.
Kenton Ridge owned a 67-21 lead after three quarters.
For Urbana, Hunter Rogan had 17 points and 8 rebounds and Madisyn Horn and Desi Johnson each added 5 rebounds.
Kenton Ridge won the jayvee game, 68-26.
Urbana hosts Greenon on Saturday.
WL-S boys win
DeGRAFF – Kannon Stillings scored a game-high 23 points as WL-S beat Riverside, 55-35, in non-league boys basketball.
The Tigers led, 20-9, at the end of the first quarter and 30-15 at the half.
WL-S owned a 44-29 lead after three periods.
For the Tigers (9-5), Trevor Burden had 13 points.
WL-S won the jayvee game, 43-40, in OT. Cody King had 12 points and Alex Fitzpatrick had 10 for the Tigers.
WL-S won the 9th grade game, 52-17. Ethan Cole had 17 points and Gavin Harrison added 14 for the Tigers.
JH basketball
In 8th grade girls basketball, Triad beat Fairbanks, 51-19. For Triad (10-2), Frani LeVan had 14 points, Baylie Plank had 11 and Abby Walls added 8.
