Indie Author Day will be celebrated at Urbana University on Oct. 19. The event organizers hope to bring together authors who have self-published to provide information, advice and inspiration with the benefit of making their works known to a wider audience.
Area authors wishing to take part are asked to contact Linda Johnson at Urbana University’s Swedenborg Memorial Library at 937-772-9313 or linda.johnson@urbana.edu. Local readers are invited to attend the free event to meet authors and purchase books.
The event is 4-8 p.m. in the University Student Center.
