DeGRAFF – Shady Bowl Speedway will open its gates on Saturday to a full program of stock car racing. The Late Models, Modifieds, Street Stocks, Pure Stocks and Tuners are on the schedule. The Pure Stocks competed in a special event last Saturday with Jay Lakins of New Carlisle taking his first feature win in that division.

The track will also be hosting 50 friends and team members of Caleb Young. Young was a student of Tecumseh High School and was the captain of the wrestling team who tragically lost his life in a highway crash in early April.

Racing will start at 7 p.m. on Saturday.
