Annette Price of Dayton announces the engagement of her daughter Chelsea Price of Urbana to Thomas Vaughan III of Urbana.
The bride-elect graduated from Triad High School in 2015 and now attends Urbana University.
Her fiance is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Vaughan of Urbana. He attended Ohio Hi-Point and now is employed by Midwest Truck and Trailer Maintenance, Marysville.
The couple will be married July 30 at Freewill Baptist Church.
