ST. PARIS – Graham rallied to beat Urbana, 19-18, in extra innings on Wednesday in a CBC/MRD baseball game that had been suspended by darkness last week.
Triad wins in softball
NORTH LEWISBURG – Triad knocked off Southeastern, 4-2, in OHC softball on Wednesday.
For the Cardinals, Maddie Collier earned the win, Jenna Ober was 3 for 4 with 2 RBI, Madison Dolby was 2 for 4 and Ali Dixon was 2 for 3.
Triad (9-4, 5-2) plays at Mechanicsburg on Thursday.
MHS baseball wins
Mechanicsburg beat Cedarville, 6-4, in OHC baseball on Wednesday.
For the Indians, Tim Miller was 1 for 2 with a double and 2 RBI, Jake Bowers was 1 for 3 with a double and an RBI and Caleb Newsome was 1 for 2.
M’burg improves to 10-3 and 5-3 in the OHC.
M’burg softball wins
Mechanicsburg defeated Cedarville in OHC softball Wednesday night.
For the Indians, Elysha Stapleton was 2 for 2, Mary Mayo had an RBI and Allie Raber had an RBI.
M’burg (7-3) hosts Triad on Thursday.
WL-S softball prevails
WL-S beat Greeneview, 14-0, in OHC softball on Wednesday.
For the Tigers, Kelsey Day was 4 for 4 and Kiana Reames was 3 for 5.
The WL-S jayvee team lost to Ben Logan, 12-4. Laura Neer suffered the loss and Tory Cordell added a 3-run homer.
WL-S baseball victorious
WL-S defeated Greeneview, 9-7, in OHC baseball on Wednesday.
For the Tigers (7-6, 4-4), Tyler Louden earned the victory, Chase Humphrey was 3 for 4 with 3 RBI and Thomas Allen and Trevor Burden each had 2 RBI.
Urbana wins in tennis
Unbeaten Urbana defeated Yellow Springs, 4-1, in non-league boys tennis on Wednesday.
The Hillclimbers’ only loss came at first singles.
Urbana is now 6-0 overall.
