WEST LIBERTY – Spring has sprung! The West Liberty Business Association held “Spring Fling” on March 18 and 19, 2016. Shoppers like Jan Scmucker, could be seen sporting their spring hats while checking out discounts, free gifts and goodies. Hats could be decorated and purchased at Kara Lynn’s Gifts, while Peoples Savings and Loan decorated their store front with colorful Spring flowers. Even shop keepers showed off their Spring finery with hats of their own, like Sherry Forsythe of Highland Country Store, and the Peacock Hat by Janna Hunt at The Marketplace.
