The Union Township Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on a proposed zoning parcel amendment for 49 N. Ludlow Road at 6:30 p.m. on March 22 at the Union Township Hall, 3018 Harper Road, Urbana.

Howell Bros. Development LLC proposes the zoning be changed from U-1 Rural Undeveloped District to M-2 Heavy Manufacturing District.

The Application for Zoning Parcel Amendment will be available for public examination at the Champaign County Library, 1060 Scioto St., Monday-Wednesday from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Thursday-Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. for at least 10 days prior to the public hearing. The Application will also be available online at www.lucplanning.com under “More” and “This Month” at the Logan-Union-Champaign Regional Planning Commission.
