Joey Adams will represent the Tiger boys in the 1,600 meter run with a qualifying time of 4:41.86. The Lady Tigers qualified their 4×800 and 4×400 relay teams. The 4×800 team of Reghan Bieleski, Caylee Karg, Leah Cole and Katie Hartsel qualified with a time of 10:45.64 and the 4×400 relay team of Bieleski, Karg, Cole and Morgan Freyhof qualified with a time of 4:29.06.

“The indoor state meet is a great opportunity to compete at the highest level in our sport,” said WL-S Coach Ann Vogel. “This is the largest group of student athletes West Liberty-Salem has qualified to the state indoor meet in school history, and the kids are excited to represent their team and school. I’m proud of the dedication and effort they’ve put into improving themselves this winter.”
