Logan Decker, who turns 7 years old today, shovels the sidewalks of his family’s business, Abundant Life Chiropractic, in Urbana on Tuesday. Approximately two inches of snow fell by noon on Tuesday on top of an earlier layer of snow. Schools were closed and games were postponed as the winds picked up and made roads treacherous. Decker and his siblings made the most of the southern afternoon sunshine near Miami Street.
