Work scheduled Friday and today on the Gwynne Street bridge and adjacent area is delayed until Monday and Tuesday, Jan. 11-12, due to weather conditions. The road will be closed 9 a.m. Monday to noon Tuesday, if weather permits. The Gwynne Street bridge will be closed from Louden Street to North Walnut Street. J&J Schlaegel Inc. will be making concrete surface repairs to the Water Department dig located on the east side of the bridge
