Deputies report that Joshua P. Wamsley, of London, was driving south on state Route 235/Cretcher St. about 3:50 a.m. July 4 when he lost control of his vehicle and veered off the left side of the roadway, striking a utility pole and the north wall of Steve’s Market, 300 Cretcher, causing heavy damage to both the vehicle and building.
