NORTH LEWISBURG – Triad will not have a boys soccer program in the fall, according to Athletic Director Gary Davis.
“We have only 11 eligible student-athletes available to play,” Davis said. “I held a number of meetings with the boys who were wanting to play in order to encourage others to come out.”
The Cardinals fielded sign-ups from March until the conclusion of the school year, but no additional players stepped forward.
“I really didn’t want to lose this sport at Triad,” Davis said.
