Champaign County Engineer Stephen McCall, reported that Herr Road in Salem Township will be closed between U.S. Route 68 and Clark Road beginning Thursday, Aug. 6, for approximately two weeks for rehabilitation of a 17-foot prestressed concrete box beam bridge.

Funding for this project is through the engineer’s share of motor vehicle and license fees and gasoline tax.
