Champaign County Historical Society will present the program “Antarctica” on Sunday, May 28 at 2 p.m. at the museum 809 E. Lawn Ave., Urbana.
Richard Borgerding, originally from Troy, Ohio, entered the U.S. Navy in 1985. In this presentation he will talk about his time on the ice and display clothing and photographs.
Borgerding currently teaches Aerospace Occupations at the Upper Valley Career Center in Piqua.
