An Urbana native was one of two people found dead inside a home in Oklahoma this week.
According to KSWO, the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation and the Elgin Police Department are investigating the deaths of Jennifer Foy, 36, and Raul Nathan Fimbres, 41.
The deaths happened on Dec. 17 and the two were found inside a home where Fimbres lived, according to the OSBI.
KSWO reported the two used to be romantically involved but split months ago. A gun was recovered from the scene but agents are investigating the deaths and awaiting autopsy results.
They reportedly were not searching for suspects as of Monday.
Foy graduated from Urbana High School in 1998 and earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Ashland University. She served four years in the U.S. Army, reaching the rank of captain.
Foy was currently working as a human resources federal technician at Ft. Sill.
