NORTH LEWISBURG – Amber Kuck of Triad High School was among more than 800 cheerleaders and dancers from schools across the country that represented the camp brands of Varsity Spirit in the second annual Varsity Spirit Spectacular at the Walt Disney World* Resort in Orlando, Florida, from Dec. 1 to 4.
Kuck participated in a pre-parade performance through Disney’s Magic Kingdom Park before hundreds of fans.
“Proud to have represented Triad HS Cheerleading down in Disney these past four day,” she said. “Having little girls run up and hug me, to seeing so many smiles on the boys’ and girls’ faces throughout the parade. Forever my favorite experience at Disney and throughout cheerleading.”
The individuals invited to perform in the parade are part of a select group of 10th to 12th grade captains, co-captains and officers who attended a Varsity Spirit summer camp this summer hosted by Universal Cheerleaders Association, Universal Dance Association, National Cheerleaders Association, National Dance Alliance and United Spirit Association.
