Bev Titus captured this picture Thursday night driving through Urbana and the first thing that came to her mind was “That sense of hope that comes from seeing a rainbow in the midst of the storm, and our Urbana City of Peace.” Titus and her family are making it their purpose in life to promote and cultivate peace locally, nationally and around the world. Her daughter Alicia Titus died as a result of the attacks on Sept 11, 2001.
