Boston Gregg graduated from Otterbein University, on April 30. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism and Media Communications and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre. Boston was a member of Alpha Sigma Phi fraternity, Vice President of Otterthon, Treasurer of the Otterbein Deaf Culture Club, an Orientation Leader for 2 years, writer for both Otterbein 360 and the Tan & Cardinal, he was Mr. Otterbein 2016, and a member of the 2016 Homecoming Court.

Boston is the son of Glenn and Maribeth (Tehan) Gregg of Cable, Ohio. He is a 2013 graduate of Triad High School.
