Urbana defeated Northwestern, 54-10, on Wednesday in CBC wrestling.

Jaylin Cameron (120 pounds), Cameron Miley (126), Ezra Lee (132), Braeden Lehman (138), Mitchell Moyer (145), Jacob Angles (160), Zack Michael (182) and Jack DeLong (285) all won contested matches.

Junior high basketball

The Urbana 7th grade boys lost to Bellefontaine, 26-13.

The Urbana 8th graders lost, 54-29. Grant Hower had 10 points for Urbana (8-4).

The Triad 7th grade girls beat Miami View, 35-20. For Triad (9-3), Baylie Plank had 14 points and Frani Levan had 11.

Triad’s 8th graders lost, 35-14. For Triad (2-10), Kendell Hughes had 10 points.

UHS game rescheduled

The Urbana boys basketball game at Kettering Alter has been rescheduled for Tuesday, Feb. 16.

The freshman game will begin at 4:30 p.m. with the jayvee game at 6 p.m. and the varsity game at 7:30 p.m.
