Southeastern defeats Urbana

Visiting Southeastern beat Urbana, 48-23, in non-league girls basketball on Thursday.

Southeastern led, 10-4, at the end of the first quarter and 23-7 at the half.

The Trojans held a 32-17 lead heading into the final period.

For the Hillclimbers, Hunter Rogan had 9 points and 11 rebounds, Alania Lyons had 7 points and Bridget Ofori added 8 rebounds.

Urbana Coach Bill Moss currently has 399 career victories at UHS.

Piqua tops Graham

Piqua defeated Graham, 56-48, in non-league girls basketball.

For the Falcons, Kayla Tullis had 23 points, Kari Sollenberger had 9 and Brooke Johannes added 8.

Piqua won the jayvee game, 52-44. Madi Vanscoy had 22 points for the Falcons.

WL-S splits in bowling

WL-S defeated Greenon, 2,060-1,988, in OHC boys bowling.

For the Tigers, Tompkins had a 105, Smith a 153, Marchal a 151, Riblet a 214 and Price a 171.

Greenon beat WL-S, 1,887-1,815, in OHC girls bowling.

For the Tigers, Erica McCall had a 155-213 368 series, Ashlyn Parks had a 152-137 289 series, Hailee Clifford had a 143-116 259 series, Lauren Hostetler had a 134 game, Sarah Daulton had a 101 game, Jillian Kirkham had a 99 game and Rylee LeVan had a 64 game.
