Inclement weather forced the cancellation of schools and school-sponsored activities Tuesday in Champaign County.

Triad’s boys varsity basketball game at Cedarville was postponed. The Cardinals will host Cedarville on Wednesday, Jan. 27 and travel to Cedarville on Friday, Feb. 12.

West Liberty-Salem’s boys varsity basketball game versus Southeastern was postponed one day and will be played tonight, Wednesday, Jan. 13.

Urbana’s varsity boys basketball game at Kettering Alter was cancelled. No makeup date has been announced.

Junior high basketball

The Urbana 7th grade boys lost to Ben Logan, 49-26. Cody Peterson had 7 points for Urbana (0-11).

The Urbana 8th graders won, 42-21. Austin Rooney had 9 points and Braiden Portis had 8 for Urbana (8-3).

Graham’s 7th grade girls lost to Kenton Ridge, 31-20. Abby Henkle had 8 points for Graham.
