The prognosticating gods smiled on us again last week as we had another perfect outing in our picks.

We went 5-0 for the week, and we’ve gone 11-0 the past two weeks to improve to 21-7 overall.

Not too shabby at all.

Can we make it three perfects in a row?

Tonight’s Games

Greenon (0-5) at Urbana (1-4) – UHS isn’t winning, but it is getting better each week.

Greenon, on the other hand, is even worse than its 0-5 record would indicate.

In other words, we’re picking Urbana to win on homecoming.

Mechanicsburg (5-0) at WL-S (4-1) – Obviously, this is the game of the night.

The Indians are on quite an unbeaten roll, and the Tigers have won four straight games.

WL-S’s defense has given up more points than it usually does, which doesn’t bode well for tonight’s contest.

We’re going with Mechanicsburg to prevail.

Cedarville (1-4) at Triad (1-4) – The Cardinals have endured a tough schedule so far, but the task gets quite a bit easier tonight.

We’re picking Triad to win.

Indian Lake (3-2) at Graham (1-4) – Graham has also been through the schedule ringer, and tonight’s opponent is another toughie.

The Lakers beat Bellefontaine and nearly beat Tipp, so the Falcons are probably in for a long evening.

We’re going with Indian Lake to prevail.

Saturday’s Game

Fairmont State (1-2) at Urbana U. (1-3) – Based on the records, we have to think this game is a toss-up.

Since it’s homecoming at UU, we’re going to take the plunge and pick the Blue Knights to win.
