There is no shortage of qualified candidates running for the Urbana School Board in this year’s election. Among them, Amy Shaloo Paul, is uniquely qualified, having spent many years as a teacher in Urbana’s schools, where she honed her skills as an educator and became familiar with the strengths and weaknesses of Urbana’s school system. Her current position as an administrator in Clark County adds to her qualifications. Her experience, her life-long immersion in the Urbana community, her integrity and her passion for excellence clearly qualify Amy Shaloo Paul for a seat on the Urbana School Board.
