I want to express my sincere appreciation and thanks to the group of people that helped get a musical performance back at Mechanicsburg Schools. It has been thirteen years since Mechanicsburg has had a musical! This group of volunteers, not only chose to tackle this project, but they brought to life a fantastic showing of “Oklahoma!”

The efforts put into this activity to make it a success took more hours than I can imagine to put on this musical. From the collaboration with the school and community, to the work and time spent with the kids to perfect their characters, to the professional sound of the orchestral performers, etc. This activity was a true work of art and I want to express my sincerest thanks to those that led it! Thank you to Mimi Ault: Director, Matthew Smith: Music Director, Amy Marsh: Producer, Lindsay Good: Choreographer, Kate Cramer: Stage Manager and Sawyer Shafer: Fight Director. The kids involved in the musical had a great performance and you can see the hard work and dedication of the entire cast and crew helped develop something beautiful.
