A section of Gwynne Street, at the railroad underpass between North Russell and Railroad streets, will remain closed due to pieces of concrete breaking loose from the overhead railroad structure. Representatives of the West Central Ohio Port Authority are working to make necessary repairs so the street can be re-opened. The city of Urbana reminds motorists to obey Road Closure signs and barricades.
