The city of Urbana and the Champaign County Chamber of Commerce invite all to a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Tuesday, Nov. 12, at 4 p.m. at Legacy Park in the southeast corner of Monument Square to celebrate the completion of $1.8 million in Monument Square Roundabout renovations. The last tasks of the project will be final resurfacing and striping, which are weather dependent.
