At the first meeting of the Mad River Jr. Livestock Club on Feb. 27, we discussed changes for the year, upcoming project selection, and elected the following officers: President Ariana Spina, Vice President Adalyn Caudill, Secretary Maria McIntosh, Treasurer Dominic Spina, and News Reporter Morgan Truesdale.

We also held meetings on March 13, April 10, and April 24. At our most recent meeting on April 24, we heard reports on service day and a report on making a Reese’s Outrageous from Dairy Queen. We discussed the dates for 4-H and Cloverbud camps as well. Members were reminded that the Skillathon is coming up and project books were passed out. We discussed the importance of sending thank you notes to buyers and award donors.
