Middle school artists show their work

The Champaign County Arts Council held a competition for local middle school artists, displaying their work in the Arts Council Gallery/Mike Major Studio.

The show was judged by Diana Hoke, a member of the Western Ohio Watercolor Society, the Ohio Watercolor Society and the Ohio Plein Air Society. She recently received an award in the Arts Council’s Juried Art Exhibition, and her work is currently on exhibit at The Winds Café in Yellow Springs.

The results of the judging were as follows in four categories.

The Ohio Arts Council helped fund this program or organization with state tax dollars to encourage economic growth, educational excellence and cultural enrichment for all Ohioans.
