On Thursday at approximately 6:14 p.m., the Champaign County Sheriff’s Office was contacted about a possible missing juvenile last seen at Triad High School. The juvenile was identified as Alexis Dixon by family members. She was last seen leaving school with a duffel bag around 10 a.m. Thursday. According to information received, most of her personal effects were removed from her residence and her house key was left on a table.
It is believed she was given a ride from Triad to Urbana. Information from friends indicate she may be headed to the Columbus area.
Born Sept. 12, 2002, she has green eyes and brown hair, is about 5’8-5’9 tall and weighs about 140 pounds.
